Heather is a 1000-hour Continuing Education Registered Yoga Teacher (CERYT) with Yoga Alliance, bringing 30 years of yoga practice and 20 years of teaching experience. As a licensed massage therapist, Heather integrates her extensive knowledge of the body into her classes, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
With a degree in nutrition, she specializes in autoimmune and eating disorders, offering a unique perspective on health and healing. Heather's teaching philosophy is rooted in seeing each student as an individual and valuing their unique journey through appreciation and awareness.
Kaysee is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Certified Thai Practitioner, and Level 3 Reiki Holy Fire Master. With a mission to empower others, Kaysee teaches how to cultivate inner awareness and tap into innate wisdom. Beyond her yoga practice, she is a devoted mother to an 8-year-old boy and enjoys playing with healing instruments and spending time in the Smoky Mountain rivers.
